I was pleasantly surprised by the high-end appliances in my room, which was ready for check-in at 4 pm. Booking through the hotel was convenient, especially considering the price paid for the room.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives like the large, very comfy bed in the room, fantastic bathroom with Miele Washer/dryers, and the amazing service I received. However, the price was a bit on the higher side compared to other weeks. The location was great, close to Southbank and restaurants, but noise from nearby bars disturbed my sleep. Dining offered a good variety, and facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel offers very comfortable and spacious rooms, akin to a 3.5-star Best Western. The service was welcoming and polite, with staff going the extra mile to assist with local information. The location is outstanding, centrally positioned for shopping, dining, and leisurely walks along the river. The dining experience, while only okay, included a buffet breakfast that exceeded expectations. Overall, a great value for money stay.

Although the room showed some wear and tear, the magnificent panoramic views of Melbourne and its locality to the Yarra Boulevard precinct made it worth the stay for a long period.
